The Best Way To Reduce The Gross National Debt Is

The price of sin is in the trillions of dollars. Most of the USA budget is consumed to cater to sin and to its effects.  Most of our gross national debt has been caused by sin and its consequence.

By far, the best way to reduce America’s gross debt is to reduce sin. Most of our debt is used to handle the effects of sin. To reduce sin, we must integrate ourselves back to God, not to separate ourselves from Him. He is the only one who can remove sin. Under the “red herring” propaganda of separation of church and state, we are effectively committing suicide, inviting the expansion of sin, and leaving an inheritance of financial poverty to our children.

How does God get rid of sin?

The cross is the only surgical instrument available to God to remove sin and the cancerous and sinful self-life which generates sin and reveal the Christ in us who carries all of God’s treasures, and when lifted up through us, draws all men unto Himself.

Why is the work of the cross indispensable to our walk with the Lord though it is indeed so painful and lengthy of a process?

What is the death to self as described in scriptures?

Rom 6:1 To what conclusion, then, shall we come? Are we to persist in sinning in order that the grace extended to us may be the greater?

2  No, indeed; how shall we who have died to sin, live in it any longer?

3 And do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?

The believer experiences a gradual but actual spiritual death.  There is an annihilation or extinction of the sinful or pain laden self.

The believer progresses and gradually loses sight of the “I” in him or her.

The “I” or “me” finally dies out, and or literally is extinguished. The self- life diminishes, loses it life, its energy and will power.  It becomes less recognizable to the believer and loses its power to exert itself, to be independent, to be able to overcome by its own strength, and exert its will.

The self as it becomes extinguished, is swallowed up in the immense river of the Lord’s resurrection life.

Gal 2:20  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

The I becomes purely the Person of Christ.

Philippians 3: 10  That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

11  If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

The believers’ ability to choose as he or she wants becomes weaker and less perceptible. The many deaths to selfish reputation, fame, timing, expectations and so forth, which God takes it through, cause the death of the self-life.  It is a gradual process, which takes years.

Most Christians will never experience these deep stages of “death to self.”

They will remain in bondage.

Most believers do not have the intimacy in prayer and the knowledge of the Lord to understand the process.  Yet, God is looking for them.

Most believers do not have the heart to obey the Lord at all costs, and allow the cross the Christ that comes through implicit and an exacting obedience to do its work of killing off this cancerous self-life. God would want everybody to have that heart, though.

Most believers do not understand the process of absolute yielding, total surrendering, and suffering quietly under the will of God as He does this work in our lives.

Most believers cannot fathom the concept of yielding total control of money, career, ministry, future plans etc. to the will of another, mainly God.

One of the deep lessons of the cross is that God has a set of ideas, notions, plans and desires many times different to ours.  It is difficult to go through the process of laying down all of these things. Yet, this is a requirement of you would be greatly used of the Lord.

The cross is the only surgical instrument available to God to remove the cancerous and sinful self-life from us and reveal the Christ in us who carries all of God’s treasures, and when lifted up through us, draws all men unto Himself.

The “law of the cross” of Christ dwells in Christ Himself.  This means that every time we obey the voice of the Spirit of God it will automatically activate the cross into our lives.  Every act of obedience to the Lord entails sacrifice, a walk of faith and a humbling ourselves before the might hand of God.   This is the law of the cross being activated.

With every step of obedience to the voice of God, the cross continually frees us from the diseased self-life through the operation of its very law residing in the voice of the Spirit.

By this, Christ is automatically manifested through the believer in Christ,

As I have said, the law of the cross to execute continuous death on the self-life and manifest the Person of Christ in you resides in the Person of Christ Himself.

This is why we must understand and love the cross.

The church has effectively stopped teaching on the cross, and has gone from much fruit bearing to little, because of this.

If the church is to be really relevant it must effectively teach on the cross once again.

1Co 1:23  But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

Why is the death to self so necessary in the eyes of God?

In the self-life dwells absolutely no good.  It is diseased through and through.

Ro 7:18  For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

We try to perfume, exalt and beautify the self when it only has one worthy function left to it.  God has condemned it to die.  Only through the complete death of self can we be free from the corruption of sin.

The price of sin is in the trillions of dollars. Most of the USA budget is consumed to cater to sin and to its effects.

By far, the best way to reduce America’s gross debt is to reduce sin. Most of our debt is used to handle the effects of sin. Ro 6:7  For he that is dead is freed from sin. {freed: Gr. justified}

2Co 1:9  But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: {sentence: or, answer}

The sinful self-life causes us to live through our mental reasoning instead of a walk of faith.  This severely limits how far God can take us in the vision and calling which He has for our lives.  God is transcendental.

For us to live a transcendental life, the self-life must be extinguished, so that we can enter into the immensity of God’s mindset.

Unless the self-life is killed be the cross, we will be unable to clearly hear the voice of God.  This is because the noise of our hurts, our bondage to sin, and our being led by our emotions will drown out the still small voice of the Lord.

Only as the self-life is destroyed is our souls quieted in freedom and the voice of the Spirit becomes clearer and clearer.

We will love the world instead of loving the Lord, we will exert our control instead of being led by the Spirit, and will remain in our selfishness instead of being the servant of all.

What are some properties of this self-life?

Rom 6:6  Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

The body of sin, which is representative of the self, is an actual spiritual psychological body made up totally and wholly through and through of sin.

Until this self, this” I,” this body of sin, is totally put to death by the cross, we will have the ability, the bondage and inclination, and propensity to sin.

1Co 15:56  The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

Any church programs or agendas, or personal plans, done by us through the means of what appears right and good, noble and charitable, or of a productive nature, but not having been initiated by the Lord’s voice falls under the category of “the law.”

The power or strength of sin is the law.  Anything performed outside the direct initiative of the Holy Spirit will give power and place to the law of sin.  Our best schemes and plans outside the leading of the Holy Spirit only exalt the self-life instead of putting it to death by the cross. The exaltation of the self-life encompasses the body of sin, and the law of sin.  No wonder why so many of our churches lie in disarray.  Few of them operate solely by the voice of the Spirit.

The self, or body of sin, is a possessor of the law of sin.  In other words, the law of sin dwells within the self-life.  A law is defined as something that under a set of specific conditions will always produce specific results.  Hence Newton’s law of gravity states that what is thrown up into the air must always come down to the ground.

The law of sin states that we, left to ourselves, without having the cross of Christ to deal a mortal blow to the self-life, can, and only will produce sin and will always be in bondage to sin.  This is why in no way can we ever expect a person that has not accepted the Lord into to produce or bear anything but sin!  The law of sin is always active and ready to produce continual patterns sin according to its very law.

Roman 7:23  But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? {the

Paul gives a perfect description of the self-life.  He calls it the body of this death.  In the days of Paul one of the most horrible types of punishments inflicted on criminals was the following.  A corpse was bound and tied to the body of the condemned fellow.  The villain was forced to live out his existence with this corpse rotting, and decaying, bound, and on top of him. This is called “the body of this death” and describes the depths and utter sickness of our sinful self-life, which keeps us in bondage at every point.

1Co 15:54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

As the self-life is destroyed, we pass on more and more into the very life of God Himself.  Death is swallowed up into the victory of the infinity, the freedom, the faith, the immensity, the wisdom, the river of life, and the will of the Lord who resides within us.

No longer are we caught at every turn in our being offended by our brothers and sisters, our being bound by sin and hurt our control of the pulpit instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to lead, and so forth.

Who is God’s Crowned Jewel?

Eph 2:6 and did raise us up together, and did seat us together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

7 that He might show, in the ages that are coming, the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus,

8 for by grace ye are having been saved, through faith, and this not of you—of God the gift,

9 not of works, that no one may boast;

10 for of Him we are workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God did before prepare, that in them we may walk.

Eph 2:6-10 are an amazing set of scriptures. I think that we have not had the full revelation of what Paul; was has tried to tell us.

V6 We have been raised up with Christ when He was raised up. That is a given. All that has happened to Christ has happened to us. This is what separates the Christian for everybody else on the planet

Our current position now, and here on earth, is one of sitting on the very throne which Christ sits in.

If we have the revelation that we sit on the very throne which Christ’s is sitting on, then we work in exactly the same authority and power which He reigns with…right now!

The fullness of this can only be realized, however, when we live existentially or experientially in places which are found in the realms of God’s kingdom. As Christians we will sadly spend most of our earthly lives living by the realities of earthly places and earthly things. We must press in by faith to become transcendental people with transcendental thinking that can enter into the transcendental places of God’s kingdom and access His invisible and transcendental things. This is the definition of a renewed mind. We must ask God to transom us until it becomes the norm to live out heavenly places and access heavenly things and unnatural and uncomfortable to live out of earthly places.

It’s obvious that the more that our experiences are within places which include the kingdom of heaven, the more that we will be our experience to get access to the hours, times and seasons of that kingdom which God continually desires to reveals to us.

God’s heart is always one of kindness. The riches which God reveals to us in heavenly places are designated to fulfill specific functions of his kindness.  Every object which God has placed in His kingdom and which He reveals to us is used by Him to show His kindness to us and more so His kindness THROUGH us to hurting and lost humanity.

I suspect that what Paul was intending to say in verses 9 and 10 is different to what we thought he meant.

Everything from verse 6-10 is connected. Paul always connected his thoughts in his writings.

Yes, the transcendental riches of His grace made up as functions of His kindness have saved us, but I also see him saying so much more than that.

The transcendental riches of His grace, all which demonstrate different aspects of God’s incredible kindness to humanity, have been all poured or funneled into the believer. This pouring into us of all of God’s incredible riches of kindness have created, molded, and completed the believer into something that God had in mind.

Think of molten, fiery, red-hot steel, being poured into a metal cast iron mold, and creating an object once it cools down. Let’s take for example, the frame of a car.

Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

This is exactly what Paul is saying in Eph 2:10.

The word “workmanship” is the Greek word “poiema.” This rare word, a noun, only appears twice in the NT.

As the fiery hot molten steel poured into a metal cast mold produced the frame of a car, all the transcendental riches of God’s kindness, power, and glory have BEEN POURED into the believer. The believer now is the workmanship, masterpiece, God’s crowned jewel, the trophy, the completed product of all of God’s blessings to humanity. You see, we must learn to minister to people as THE COMPLETED masterpiece of God’s power, Gods healing, Gods finances, God’s riches to humanity. We simply show, demonstrate and release by faith.

This is why it’s not out works. It is an undeserved gift of God. We learn to minister boldly, confidently and with total authority realizing that all the completed masterpieces, centerpieces and achievements of God’s power, healing and riches for mankind lie deposited us finished and perfected. The more faith and the more revelation that we have, the greater will be the release of what is already in us.

You think about that today!

Do You Want A Big Financial Anointing?

Do You Want A Big Financial Anointing?

Lu 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

During our prayer meeting last night I realized that the “good measure, pressed down, and shaken together and running over,” is an anointing that we can enter  receive, and work in, if we are givers by the Spirit of God.

You need to get into the habit of continually sowing by the rhema word of God to see the experiential reality of this. I must confess that I have not seen this because, I am not a great sower. Yes, I give, but I still have fear and I still count my chickens before they hatch, so to speak, when it comes to money. Yet, God revealed this to me and I am excited, and at the same time a bit fearful, which I know it’s not from the Lord.

Give and it shall be given unto you; is in the present tense. We must be giving so that it is given back.

Pressed down and shaken together; are both in the perfect, passive participle order. This grammatical combination is the most powerful sign of existence, realm, state, or reality in the Greek. In other words, if you are an active sower, the reality or the anointing surrounding your life will be one where God is giving back to you in a way where blessings are being pressed together and shaken or sifted so He can give you more. This will become your natural mode of living.

The running over or overflowing is in the present signifying a continuous process.

How would you like to live in this mode of receiving from the Lord, and I am not just talking about money. This is God’s natural way of being. God is a God of infinite abundance that must be entered into by ever-increasing faith on our part. Our hindrance is our unrenewed mind.

God Gives Money On Airplanes

We got to our gate in Bogotá on Friday to board our flight back to Miami. There, we briefly struck up a conversation with a lady, who is a Christian just like us. We bid her farewell as we boarded the plane.

As the passengers boarded the flight, this lady ended up sitting across me in one of the aisles. The plane that we were on has the two aisles and the middle section of seats.

To my amazement her seats had been changed in the last minute and so had ours and now she had ended across me.

We realized that this was what we call a “divine appointment” from God.

I spent three and half hours talking with her about the things of God.

As we landed in Miami, she said to me, “Wait, God told me to do something”. With that she scrimmages  into her purse and pulled out six one hundred-dollar bills.

Little did she know that we were about one thousand dollars short on our funds for our Flagstaff trip in just two days.

God is great and likes to give money on airplanes!
