Its All A Matter of Your Gut!

Romans 6:9  knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, no longer dies. Death is no longer master over Him.

Eph 2:6  and raised us up together, and seated us together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

Christ was raised from the dead, and the Christian was co raised with Him.

In Romans 6:9, the words for “knowing that” is oida.

Oida is gut knowledge.

This is not knowledge that you go to school to gain.

Oida means that “you know, that you know, that you know.”

When you see a girl with a blue dress, you know it’s blue. No schooling required.

In your gut, you know that Christ was raised? Oh yeah, we have no problem with that!

Eph 2:6  and raised us up together, and seated us together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

But in your gut do you know that at the moment Christ was raised, so were you?

If you say yes, you are lying

With my head I knew that I’ve been co raised with Christ.

But for thirty six years I have not lived as such, clinging instead to, and governed by earth.

Today, this was settled in my gut.

I’ve been detached from earth’s dictates by sheer distance between it and me, because I am raised.

My life begun anew.

I am physically higher in distance above planet earth.

The laws of earth are not my governing principle.

Neither are politicians or the economy or anything else.

Sin and pain and sickness can no longer stick to to me.

I am physically above their heads so they can’t reach me with slimy fingers.

I am hovering far above the earth, looking down.

I’m living from the environment and culture of the heavens rather than the earth.

Eph 1:20  which He worked in Christ, having raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies,

Eph 2:6  and raised us up together, and seated us together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

God’s raising up is not the means to the end.

God raised up Christ to make Him sit.

So where did Christ end up sitting?

It’s on a throne made up of God’s glory. Every atom of it is glory.

God’s glory is more potent than all.

God’s glory is what transforms people from sinful temporal creatures, to the eternal and perfect.

Because Christ is seated, He functions from authority and rest.

This throne is physically above all demonic and angelic principalities and everything that has a name, which is everything.

Mt 25:31  When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all he holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

So God raised us with Christ in order to make us sit with Him.

How does it feel to live a life seated on a throne made up of glory?

On massive cushion of glory is all that is around you.

This cushion blocks off all the stuff occurring on earth.

Everything ebbs from this throne in power, glory, authority and endless riches.

Is this you?  Is this your revelation? Is this what drives your gut?

We can go on and on.

The bottom line is that it’s all a matter of your gut.

Person To Person

Christianity is not About Things But About the Revelation of a Person!

  • The church is supposed to preach a person, and not things, but it doesn’t!

1Co 1:23  But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

1Co 2:2  For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

  • Only the Person of Christ being formed and birthed in us is of any capacity or ability for us to overcome and get the victory.

Gal6:15  For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth(inward strength and force, to have strength to overcome health, ability, capacity) any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

Ga 4:19  My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,(as a baby being formed in the womb)

  • We Don’t Need Blessings, We Need the Revelation of the Person of Christ, the Source of All Blessings

Eph 1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all  spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

  • In the Revelation the Person of Christ We Have a Complete Victory Over the Devil

Col 2:15  And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

  •  In the revelation of the Person of Jesus Christ we experience total victory over the devil

Joh 14:30  Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

1Jo 3:8  He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

  • In The Revelation of the Person of Christ We Have an Absolute Victory Against the World

1Jo 5:5  Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

  • In the Revelation of the Person of Christ We have an Absolute Victory Against the Flesh

Ga 5:24  And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Ro 8:2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. The revelation of the person of Christ Jesus brings forth has broken the bondage of sin

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ is the Source of all Spiritual Gifts

1Co 1:6  Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

1Co 1:7  So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:  The revelation of the person of Christ Jesus is the source of all spiritual gifts

Re 19:10  And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ We Are Complete and Need Nothing Else

Col 1:19  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ dwells all of the fullness of God.

Col 2:9  For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Col 2:10  And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: The revelation of the person of Christ Jesus makes us complete in all that God has for us, and in our deliverance and freedom.

Col 3:11  Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.   The revelation of the person of Christ Jesus fills each of us with all that Christ is and has for us in all aspects of our lives.

Eph 1:23  Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ is the Power of God .

1Co 1:24  But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ of Christ is our freedom from sin- redemption

1Co 1:30  But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ the will of God is revealed

1Co 1:24  But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

  • In the revelation of the Person of Christ is our Healing

Mt 8:17  That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

The church has still not gotten it after two thousand years that its all Person to Person.

What Is Our Core Identity

The Strong’s Word (EK) # 1537 is one of the shortest of all New Testament words and yet one of the most significant ones. This preposition is found more the 700 times in the pages of our NT.

It is the word “out of/ out from”.

“EK” is defined as the source from where something originates from. It talks about conception, impregnation, the original seed and root. It talks about core identity, essence, or being. It talks about inheritance, DNA and chromosomal strands.

The baby whom is birthed from an original embryo, which was created by the union of a sperm and egg, carries with him the DNA traits brought by that sperm and the egg. This is the identity and the very attributes of the child which will mold and define him for the rest of his days.

Mr 11:14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of <1537> thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

Literally the Greek says …”Beginning from this very moment on and going into the endlessness of eternity let not man eat fruit ( EK) from or out of you as a specific tree.

As Jesus speaks these words of faith, He curses the fig tree by telling it that out of its core identity and DNA as a unique and a specific tree on the earth, no more fruit would ever grow out of it. Jesus cursed the whole process of fruit bearing by adversely altering the core identity of the tree, and all by faith.

It is vital for us to know and walk in core identity. What is our roots? From whom and where are we conceived? What is our genealogy? What is our identity? What is the chromosomal strands of our DNA?

These are vital questions, because we receive and manifest out from ( EK) our core identity in accordance to, or what is specified and regulated by our faith.

Faith is a law. A law tells us that under specific circumstances , specific result will always take place.

Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

Because faith is a law, our faith will determine what we will or not obtain.

The scriptures which follow, all penned by the Apostle John are highly important because they fully define our true conception, our seed and root, our DNA and our core identity AS GOD SEES IT, not us. These then are all instances of the word ( EK # 1537)

Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of <1537> blood, nor of <1537> the will of the flesh, nor of <1537> the will of man, but of <1537> God.

1Jo 3:9 Whosoever is born of <1537> God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of < 1537> God.

1Jo 4:4 Ye are of <1537> God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1Jo 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of <1537> God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of <1537> him.

1Jo 5:4 For whatsoever is born of <1537> God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Lets further look at Christ Jesus’s core identity in the next scripture out of Hebrews.

Heb 7:3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.

The literal Greek says, “ void of a father, void of a mother, void of any family genealogical trees, being void of any moment or any beginning in which He was physically conceived, and now in possession of an endless life.

This is the identity of Christ Jesus , the resurrected Christ who lives in us. Because we are dead and Christ now lives in us, this is also our core identity.

We must once and for all do away with the (EK) that even as believers we still live out of. Our identity is still tied into our earthy genealogies. We are still tied into the sicknesses and diseases that have been passed down our earthy family lines.

We ( EK) out of the pain of the past, the sins of our parents, the dysfunctionalities of this world system. Because faith is a law we continue to receive from a seed, a root system and an origin that we have no more business dealing with. We remain in bondage because of this.

Our conception now is God. The old root with its sicknesses and diseases has been pulled out. The seed of our birth, with the pain and sins of our parents, has been effectively removed from our soil.

We stand replanted, re conceived , re-generated and recreated out of and from (God) Himself.

Our core identity is the fullness of His wholeness, His freedom, and every bit of His transcendental glory, power and incorruptible life fully integrated into us. Every chromosomal trait of God is in us.

Spiritually speaking at this moment we are void of a father, void of a mother, void of any family genealogical trees, being void of any moment in which we were physically conceived, and in possession of an endless life.

We need to restart our lives in the ground which is free from sickness and bondage from inherited maladies and the influences of the paradigms of this present world system. We need a new seed and a new root. We need a new DNA.

Look at the next scriptures and the word (EK). This is our core identity.

Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of <1537> blood, nor of <1537> the will of the flesh, nor of <1537> the will of man, but of <1537> God.

Joh 3:6 That which is born of <1537> the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of <1537> the Spirit is spirit.

1Co 15:47 The first man is of <1537> the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from <1537> heaven.

Joh 1:16 And of <1537> his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.

Mt 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on <1537> the right hand of power ( dunamis power- power in ability.. power to succeed and to obtain results) <1411>, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Matthew 26:64 above tells us that by faith we live out of (EK) our core identity which has been regenerated to operate every powerful success obtaining ability we do in accordance to God.

We must immediately cooperate with God to at once, and for all, cut off from ourselves the seed, the root and the identity that we have so wrongly been living out of (EK) and receiving by faith from.

From this day on know that your seed and your root is God and that you are rooted in a world and paradigm void of earthly connections, genealogies, inherited things. Rather you are connected into the transcendental paradigms of the world of God which operates purely by faith and the power and glory of God.

For the Christian, living in this world should never be about socio cultural rights, but about conforming to God’s identity as found in Christ.

You think about that today!

Christ In You the Prototype and Archetype of Creation

Col 2:9  For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

The apostle Paul states that in or inside of Christ lives the Godhead.

The Godhead is the relationship which the Father and the Son enjoy and is manifested by the Holy Spirit.

Because Christ lives in the Christian, the Godhead, and its activity, exists in him or her.

1Jo 1:3  that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us. Yes, and our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

The Apostle John declares that the Christian’s fellowship or association is with the Godhead itself.

It is essential then, for the Christian to comprehend a bit of what are the roles of The Father and the Son within the Godhead as they relate with each other in him or her.

Understanding the functions of these two Persons, who are untied as one with the third Person, the Holy Spirit, is critical to the abundant Christian life.

The following scriptures describe some of the functions of The Son within the Godhead.

Joh 1:3  All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.

Col 3:11  where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave or freeman, but Christ is all things in all.

Col 1:16 for in Him is all created, that in the heavens and that on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones, or lordships, or sovereignties, or authorities, all is created through Him and for Him,

Col 1:17  And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

Inside of Christ dwells all creation. The vastness of this, mere human mind cannot fathom. Let’s simplify it a bit.

Every blueprint, schematic and pattern of all things which God the Father has created dwells in Christ. Sin has temporarily marred part of God’s creation. Yet, the unmarred and unflawed originals, the prototypes and archetypes, the models, blueprints, and schematics of God’s perfect creation dwell in Christ.

God is a God of blueprints or patterns. In the book of Revelation we see the Ark of the Covenant in the heaven. This heavenly ark represents the prototype and archetype of the perfect ark.

The great work of the church is to duplicate through examples and copies on the earth, the original and unflawed archetypes and prototypes of God’s objects in the heavens.

This was the greatness of Moses’, whose ministry was devoted to building on earth the examples and copies of these prototypes or models.

Heb 8:5 who, by an example and shadow, are offering the divine service of the celestials, according as Moses has been apprized when about to be completing the tabernacle. For see, He is averring, that you shall be making all “in accord with the model shown to you in the mountain.”

The immensity of Christ is that In or Inside of Him exists every model, pattern, prototype and archetype of all which God the Father has created. This is why Paul boldly says that Christ is all things in all.

1Co 1:30  But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who of God is made to us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption;

Christ is made in to these things on behalf of the church.

Paul does not tell us that Christ gives us wisdom, or righteousness or sanctification. He is made into these things by fact that all archetypes dwell in Him.

Col 1:20 and through Him to reconcile all to Him (making peace through the blood of His cross), through Him, whether those on the earth or those in the heavens.”

Reconciliation is  to bring back to the original archetypes and models all things before sin came and messed them up.

Christ has the right to reconcile because the models and prototypes of God’s creation in their perfect state exist in Him.

To be healed is to revert back to the prototype of health which God created before sin was introduced.

It is not so much that a person gets healed. It is more that she has been reconciled back to God’s prototype for wholeness.

As Christ is revealed, every model, and archetype of God’s originals become revealed along with Him, because they exist in Him. Not only are they revealed, but Christ has been made into these very things. The more revelation of Christ the more that He becomes or is made into these things. Its automatic.

This then must be the focus of the Christian’s life.

What is  the role of the Father in the Godhead?  Part of our answer is found in the following scripture

1Co 12:6 and there are apportionments of operations “energema”, yet the same God Who is operating all in all.”

This complex verse is translated from the Greek, in the following way.

“For there are diversities of end results, outcomes, fruit, or products of what has been energized, yet it is the same God who is energizing the all in all.

This uncommon word “operation” or “energema” appears twice only in the Bible.

We see it the second time in verse ten.

1Co 12:10  To another the working  “energema” of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

An energema is the result, the outcome, or product, of something which has been energized. It is what is tangible and clear to the human senses because it has been completed and manifested.

It makes sense then, that we find energema when we discuss the miracles of God.

A miracle is the result, the outcome, the tangible and visible product of an invisible model or archetype which God has in the heavenlies.

We see  that part of the Father’s role in the Godhead is to bring to manifestation and fruition the hidden models and prototypes of His unflawed and unmarred created objects. He is always energizing to do this.

Now, where are of the prototypes and models hidden? You guessed it. They are all in Christ.

We  see the Father at work constantly energizing to manifest the creation through His Son. More so, His only real focus is to manifest His Son, knowing that unflawed creation dwells in Him. The Father longs to energize and demonstrate His Son through the believer, and with Him to show the perfections of heaven, which dwell in Him.  This is part of the activity of the Godhead in the Christian.

Joh 17:23  I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me, and loved them, even as you loved me.

It’s not so much about getting healed, or set free, or having money. All of the perfect models and blueprints  are already in the Son.  The more revelation, the more will be the healing, and the deliverance. It’s all automatic!

The Christian has this grave responsibility to his neighbor. All that his neighbor needs, in fact, everything that the world needs is already perfected in the Son who lives in the Christian. The church has all the answers!

The Father, who dwells in the Christian, desires to manifest His Son and the things in Him as tangible, completed products, results, and outcomes, to this lost and dying world.

Christian, now you know that the models and prototypes of all of God’s perfect creation lives in you, and that God the Father operates in a faith to always energize and manifest them, as He manifests His Son through you

A Primer on Faith

We must live through the faith of God

Mark 11:22  And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have  faith in (Have the “God kind” of faith, or the faith OF GOD!) God.

Gal 2:20  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith, of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Greek: The life which I now live in the flesh, I live in faith, this being the faith which dwells in the Son of God. (Genitive Greek case signifying possession)

The faith flowing through Christ; even the faith that comes out of Christ living continuously in me.

Romans 10:17  So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Rhema word of God.

Greek:  So then faith gets its life from hearing, but the type of hearing, which describes faith, must be exclusively one which comes through the rhema word of God, which is the voice of the Spirit.

John 1:1  In the beginning was the LOGOS (word), and the LOGOS(word) was with God, and the LOGOS(word) was God.

Matthew 12:36  But I say unto you, That every idle RHEMA (word) that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

The “logos” describes “the word of God” as an idea or a concept, usually in a written form.

The “rhema” however is a personally spoken word of revelation, prophecy, or knowledge, through the mouth of God to us, in regards to a particular circumstance.  We have all said at one time or another, “this scripture really leaped out at me”!  This is a “rhema word” given you by the Lord to minister to you in a particular situation.

Gross misunderstanding and ignorance of the distinction between these two types of “words”, lends greatly to the weak state of our church today.  Let us look at some examples that will help us to learn.

Matthew 4:4  But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every RHEMA that proceedeth( from moment to moment) out of the mouth of God.

Romans 10:8  But what saith it? The rhema word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the rhema word of faith, which we preach; (Dative relationship)

Every rhema word represents an itemized description of God’s measure of faith, as He has tailored it for every situation in which He speaks the rhema word into.  It is an account of what the Lord can do within a particular circumstance.

Luke 1:37  For with God nothing( Rhema word) shall be impossible.

(The English is a poor translation:  Greek: For with God every rhema word has the (indwelling) dunamis power to come to pass.

Secondly, the rhema word not only carries with it God’s measure of faith, but also God’s dunamis power.

John 17:8  For I have given unto them the rhema words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

Thirdly, every rhema word reveals the Person of Christ.  As Christ is revealed, the faith and power that He possesses, is manifested along with Him.

Hebrews 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Without faith there is a vacuüm of dunamis power to please God.

The Might and Ability of Faith

Mark 10:27  And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

Greek paraphrase: God is capable and able, and mighty and strong to successfully carry out His will in every affair in heaven and upon the earth.

Luke 18:27  And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Greek paraphrase: In all those things that people find impossible to carry out because they have no power, God is able and capable, and strong and mighty to carry out.

Mark 9:23  Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible  to him that believeth.

If you have the ability to believe for something, without allowing for a chronic pattern of doubt to set in, that very thing that you believe for becomes transformed into something, mighty and strong and powerful and capable to get what you are seeking for.

“As” Thou Hast Believed

Matthew 8:13  And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

Matthew 15:28  Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

The word “as” has a powerful connotation in New Testament scriptures.  It is defined by some of the following terms;   As, like, even as, just like, in the same way, and a carbon copy of.

In Matthew eight and thirteen, Jesus in fact tells the centurion, that in the very specific thing that he has targeted his belief for, that very targeted thing he will receive. When we ask in Jesus’ Name, our request must be very specifically targeted to what we want. From the rhema word that Jesus grants us in His name, we find ourselves with a host of things that we can ask from the Lord within the sphere of the rhema word.  Any specific point that we target our request for, believing, which is void of the two types of doubting taught above, we will receive as a specific carbon copy or reduplication of what we requested. The specific thing that we ask for believing is the specific thing that we receive.

Matthew 9:29  Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.( LET IT BECOME OR BE CREATED FOR YOU)

In Matthew nine and twenty-nine the “according to your faith” is very similar to the word “as”. In other words we will receive from the Lord in proportion to our faith.  Receiving is a matter of degrees. The more is the proportion of our faith, to believe without doubting, the greater will be the proportion of our receiving.  Our faith, or lack thereof, directly limits what we will receive or not receive from the Lord.

The Authority of Faith

A very important quality of God’s faith, is that resident within it lies God’s authority to cause circumstances and situations to submit to the faith itself, change them and lines them up to God’s rhema word. Let us analyze three scriptures below.

Matthew 8:13  And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.

The so be it done unto thee” is in the Greek imperative mood or the mood of command.  The faith of the centurion has God’s inherent authority to command circumstances to change and line up in accordance to what the centurion specifically targeted for in his request.

Matthew 9:29  Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

The “be it unto you” is in the Greek imperative mood.  In reality what Jesus tells them is that their faith commanded the circumstances that kept them blind to change and line up into God’s normalcy for vision.

Matthew 15:28  Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

Your faith has commanded the future circumstances to line up and submit to and finally give to you what you desire.

The Inner Strength of Faith

Matthew 17:20  And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove (FUTURE MIDDLE INDICATIVE “it will happen without fail by the inherent power resident in faith”)  and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Matthew 21:21  Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done (FUTURE MIDDLE INDICATIVE “it will happen without fail by the inherent power resident in faith”)

Faith In The Perfect Tense

In the beginning of our study, we dealt with the Greek perfect tense.  We discussed that the Greek perfect tense defines an event completed in the past, but its results and impact are eternal, affecting and influencing us today, and in our future.

Matthew 9:22  But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Hath made the whole is in the Greek perfect tense.  The faith of the women completely healed her with the results that her healing is secure from now, the future, and until the time of her natural death, unless she sins and opens up a door to the enemy.

Mark 5:34  And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

Here Jesus tells the woman “Thy faith has cured you now and forevermore.” The faith itself accomplished it with a completed and everlasting result.  Jesus then tells the woman; “Immediately go into a continual and enduring state of shalom peace brought about by being whole and sound from your plague.

The Causative Action of Faith

Exodus 8:5  And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs  ( causative faith) to come up upon the land of Egypt.

Mustard Seed Faith

Luke 17:5  And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

6  And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Mustard seed faith is three-dimensional faith. A grain of mustard is three-dimensional. In Hebrews eleven and one we are told that faith must have substance.  In John one and fourteen we are told that the Word of God must become flesh.

In all of these instances we see that faith must become a reality to us.  More than that, faith must become our ONLY reality. The reality of faith, and the rhema word of God must become OUR ONLY REALITY.  It is what must become three dimensional to us.  Our circumstances must all become two-dimensional and our UNREALITY.

Let us look at a few excerpts from the book of Hebrews.

Hebrews 11:7  By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Being divinely instructed and admonished about the things that he could not see with human the human eyes.

“The things yet not seen” what was what well known to Noah, or what had a three dimensional substance to him.   The physical world acquired no reality or became simply two-dimensional.

8  By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

He was called was in the present tense.

He obeyed-   Greek: “a military submission to hearing”.

He went out; As we go out with the word of God.

Not knowing ‘Having nothing in the physical realm which was set and standing before him so that he could grasp and follow.  He had no acquaintance with what God had called him to do.

10    For he looked(was expecting) for a city which hath foundations, whose builder (technician or craftsman)  and maker ( “the worker for the people,” as technician and craftsman of the new foundations which only faith builds) is God.

27  By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Moses dominated and endured by seeing with discernment in the Spirit what was invisible or void of discernment in the natural or to the human eye. His substance was the rhema word of God.  The natural world was not a reality to him.

The Faith of Abraham

Romans 4:12  And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk(Greek: march as a soldier ) in the steps ( footprints) of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.

Romans 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead (corpses), and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Greek translation and my paraphrase; Abraham once and for all, (aorist tense) believed God.  Who is the God whom he believed in?

Abraham believed in the God whose nature is to continuously give life to the dead i.e. (Greek; Circumstances which are so dead that they are corpse like).

He is also the God who continuously calls the things which are not, as if they are.  (The word “as” is a very interesting word.  It means in the same way as, or having the same content).

Romans 4:19  And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead ( now in a permanent state of a corpse) , when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness ( the corpse-likeness) of Sara’s womb:

He considered his own body now in a state of a corpse and the corpse of the womb of Sarah.

11    Through faith also Sara herself received strength(received dunamis power) to conceive( to lay down a foundation of) seed( spermatos), and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.

12  Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

My Greek paraphrase Therefore also from one were born (many) though that specific one is a corpse; and these many, in relationship to the stars of heaven, equal to the number of the fullness of their multitude; and just as the sand by the side of the shore of the sea is so much in number that arithmetic cannot calculate it.

Understanding Aorist Faith

Mat 8:8  The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word ( Greek: a word)) only, and my servant shall be healed.

9  For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go (aorist), and he goeth; ( present ) and to another, Come,( present) and he cometh;( present) and to my servant, Do this(aorist), and he doeth it(present).

10   Then Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you.

In verse eight of Matthew eight, we find the centurion dialoguing with Jesus and acknowledging that His rhema word spoken in regards to the sickness of his servant would result in his complete healing.  The phrase “shall be healed”, is in the indicative mood.

If you can remember from our earlier studies, this Greek mood describes a statement of fact, an absolute certainty, and a done deal.  The centurion is in fact relaying to Jesus that he is aware that the Lord’s rhema word will carry out with absolute certainty all that it intends to do.  This is what deeply touched the Lord.

The “aorist tense” in the Greek, can be compared to our “past tense” in the English. Simply speaking, it describes a past occurrence.  However, the Greek aorist tense is stronger than our English past tense.

This verb tense has the element of “punctiliar action.” This fancy word in reality means nothing more than a “punctuation” or “punctuation mark” in the succession of time.  Can you see the similarity between punctiliar and punctuation? Whenever we place a question mark, a period, and a comma as we write, we insert one mark with our pens in the sequence of time and go on with our writing. This one single event jotted down in one moment of time, is called punctiliar action.  I call the use of the aorist tense, “punctuation in time.”

The present tense describes action which is presently and continuously occurring in the here and now i.e.; “at this very moment.”

Mark 11:22  And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith(Present) in ( Have the “God kind” of faith, or the faith OF GOD!) God. (God is in the genitive Greek case of “God possessing something”, hence His possessing faith).

23  For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed(Aorist), and be thou cast(Aorist) into the sea; and shall not doubt(Aorist) in his heart, but shall believe(Aorist) that those things which he saith shall come to pass(Present); he shall have whatsoever he saith.( future indicative)

24  Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe(present) that ye receive them(present), and ye shall have them.(future indicative)

Hebrews 11:29  By faith they passed through(A thorough stepping through) the Red sea as by dry land: ( just like if going through dry land) which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned. (Were swallowed up;the outcome of having no faith)

Hebrews 11:30  By faith (The domain and instrumentality of faith ) the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about ( encircled upon) seven days.

Hebrews 11:31  By faith the harlot Rahab perished not (In absolutely no way was destroyed together; the outcome of faith)  with them that believed not (non-compliant or in persuadable to the voice of God; non-Christians and Christians alike), when she had received the spies with peace.

I was just a fat man trying to get to heaven

I had a supernatural experience with Jesus Christ in 1979 which radically altered my whole life.

Though my family had been Catholics in Cuba, it was simply in name, because we hardly ever went to church. I remember as a four-year old kid during Good Fridays in Havana, that radio stations would only play somber and quite messages commemorating the Christ whom had been crucified for the sins of the world. I still recollect sitting in my father’s car as the announcer spoke austerely about Jesus, and I peered into the graying sky of dusk just knowing that there had to be a God.

I never prayed growing up as a teen. We lived in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands in the late sixties. There I had to do a Catholic confirmation. I went to a priest who was sitting behind a dark grail and had to confess all my youthful sins. I was so darn nervous.

At the age of fifteen I began drinking beer. I was accepted to Vanderbilt University in Nashville at the age of 18 and left my family in the Caribbean as an absolutely lost, frail, and totally insecure young man. It wasn’t more than a few months later that I was smoking tons of marijuana from bongs and reefer, abused my body with bi amphetamine 50’s ( black beauties), during midterms and finals, took some occasional Quaaludes, went to TGI Fridays, got bombed, dated girls…..the whole scene.

Vanderbilt is called “The Harvard of the South” and fitting is that title. At Vandy one must be a relatively decent student to get C’s, an excellent student to get B’s and a zombie study fanatic with absolutely no social life to make A’s. You can imagine me on drugs, so lonely, lost and insecure. I was making D’s!

I began to date a girl who had serious psychological issues. One night she telephoned me in an extremely depressed mood. She was suicidal. As I desperately tried to encourage her on the phone I heard her open up a bottle of pills. As I frantically talked to her, she passed out on the phone. Madly I ran a mile to the girl’s dorm and told the security guard what had happened. The RA and other girls barged into her room and found her passed out. They were able to make her vomit and by a miracle of God she did not die.

That night, I think that I came close to recognizing what a nervous breakdown is. I felt like a vegetable. I could not think, I could not function or process and I felt paralyzed and comatose. I regained my senses, but in the ensuing weeks I developed a deep insomnia and persistent chest pains.

One night after that I laid crumpled on the bed of my tiny room in the Carmichael Towers, totally engulfed with self-pity, hopelessness, and fear. I had made an appointment the next day to go the campus nurse because I was petrified of the chest pains which I was getting.

My brother George, who is now deceased, was a freshman at Vanderbilt as well. He came to visit me. He had an experience with Jesus Christ through the folks from the Campus Crusade for Christ. As I laid on my bed, George told me, “Why don’t you ask Jesus to heal your heart.” After speaking to me a bit more he left.

In the darkness of my bedroom I cried out in desperation to the unknown God whom I had never prayed to. I said, “God if you are real please heal me!” After crying out some more, I suddenly felt an invisible hand reach into and inside my chest. It felt like a painless spiritual surgery. I passed out into a deep sleep similar to what happens when you are administered sodium pentothal in a surgery.  In the morning, I woke up and realized that I had missed the appointment to the campus nurse. All of the chest pains and anxiety were gone. I was absolutely healed.

I began to hang out with the Campus Crusade for Christ folks. I will never forget that even in those lost and dark days, there was something so different about them. Their love, kindness, peace, and holy living not just to me but among themselves attracted me in a mysterious way. I could not put my finger on it then, but I knew that they were unlike me and all of my druggie friends. One day I asked them that if I followed Jesus I would have to give up my partying. I was so scared that this Jesus was out to rob all of my fun. All that I knew were the serious and somber Catholic priests whom I had met and seemed to have no fun as Christians. The Campus Crusade people told me that I in some way would have to give up my partying.

I turned my back upon Jesus and went back to the bars and drugs of Nashville. Five more years of this lifestyle finally did me in. I dropped out of Vandy as a junior and went to Key Biscayne, Florida where my family was now living. When I flew in to Miami my parents were in the heat of a divorce after twenty-eight years of marriage. My father packed up his bags one day and left our home, never to come back.

Two more years passed. I was unemployed, drinking and taking more drugs. One night I was with a girl at Rickenbacker Causeway. We had the pipe and a baggie of pot out in the car. All of a sudden a brilliant and blinding light shone through one of the windows of the car. It was a policeman. I know now that God was protecting me though I hardly knew Him. The cop just told us to get out of the beach. So many times I drove to and fro from Joe Flannigan’s Big Daddy’s wasted, stoned, and dead drunk through the streets of Miami, yet without getting into an accident. The gracious and Almighty God protected me. His love is so great.

In 1979, my father hired me to be a file clerk at his insurance company on SW 1st Street and 13th Avenue in what we call with endearment “Little Havana.” By that time my life had hit the rock bottom. I went to see a prestigious lady psychologist who had treated me in Cuba twenty years earlier for a severe speech impediment. Now in her 70’s, I recounted to her how messed up my life was. She said to me “Jose, get close to God” At that moment a light darted through me. I remembered the kindness of the Campus Crusade people whom I had met five years earlier. I am sure now that they had prayed for me all of those years.

Next to my father’s office was an empty Episcopalian church which was always opened. I was so broken, so fearful, and so helpless. During my lunch breaks, I began to go into the empty church and pray to the God whom I did not know. I had done some spiritual searching and had read about tarot cards.

I did not know if God was Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Krishna or Confucius. For about ten days I went to the empty church, got on my knees and cried out to the roof of the church for help and mercy. Nothing happened; there were no bright lights, no voices, just stark silence. Close to the tenth day a Presence of the sweetest, most innocent, and most delightful love came upon me and enveloped me. I instinctually knew that this Presence loved me, could be my very best friend, and was totally pure, innocent, and trustworthy. I knew that this Being would never play a mind trip or a head game with me. I was so hungry for more. I visited the church again and came into contact again with this wonderful being.

I was to realize later that this was the magnificent Holy Spirit. As I my encounters continued my heart was impelled to go to the nearby Christian bookstore and buy a Living Bible. As the weeks and months progressed I realized that this was Jesus, not Mohammed, not Buddha not the crystals, not the energy or an aura and not Krishna. This glorious Presence had drawn me only to Jesus! I had a born again experience all by myself.

God changed me and healed me and has given me the most fantastic wife, beautiful children, a wonderful global Christian family and the most fulfilled life possible.

As I got to know Jesus, I came to realize that everything that I had been always seeking in girls, money, drugs and drinking, Jesus was the answer. I realized that He was the key to my heart. I was enthralled and captivated by His tender love and friendship and by a continual protection over me that only a mother hen can give to its chicks.

Thirty years later, my friendship, love affair and hunger for more of Jesus continue unabated. He has never stopped being my friend. He tenderly guides me and my family from moment to moment. As the song says, “Oh what a friend I have in Jesus.” All you need to do is ask Him to be your friend as well….because for all  I knew I was just a fat man trying to get to heaven.

What Is Mustard Seed Faith?

There are two words for “to know” in the Greek Biblical language.  One is Strong’s number 1097, “ginosko”.  To those who speak Spanish, this is the word “conosco” or to know something or someone progressively over time.

The other one is Strong’s number 1492, “oida”.

“Oida”, is not knowledge progressively acquired over time as “ginosko”.  Rather it is, gut feeling, instinctual, intuitive and instantaneous knowledge.

When you go to church today and see your neighbor, Mr. Brown’s daughter wearing a red dress, you can write and tell me that Mr. Brown’s daughter was wearing a red dress.

You did not have to progressively study Mr. Brown’s daughter’s dress for several weeks to tell me that.  This is oida, gut feeling, intuitive knowledge.

The other number in this blog, 5758, is a Greek verb tense, the perfect active indicative.

The perfect tense, describes an occurrence which completed in the past, but its results and impact are as fresh and real now as they were when the event transpired.

The indicative mood designates irrefutable fact. Any verb in the indicative mood specifies that the action will definitely occur, no two ways about it.

Now couple “oida” with the perfect indicative verb tense. What do you get?

It’s like saying, “I know, that I know, that I know, that this thing will happen or has happened, or that I will get what I asked for.

This is the kind of faith which pleases God and which He answers.

It’s thanking Him in advance for the yet unseen.

We need to stop saying, I am not sure that God will provide, or that I will not have enough money to pay my bills, or I can’t,  and turn it around to say, I can pay my bills, I do have the money, I do have the resources, I can,  or God will heal me.

These tiny phrases, I will, or I will have, I can, or God will, versus, I don’t have or I can’t, can make the difference between obtaining and not obtaining.

Mustard seed faith can go both ways.

The oida perfect indicative in your heart or the absence thereof is the mustard seed or the absence thereof.

Look at some of the oida perfect indicative scriptures.

Jeepers, ItsThe Out Of The Box Dude!

Eph 4: 22  That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old (palaios) (humanity), which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

Here is a description of the “palaios” humanity from an earlier blog entry.

Palaios “an old man according to age”, is defined as a toothless, 150 year old, cane walking, IV sucking, decrepit nursing home man.

He is also the cruelest of beings. He is a slave trader, and a slave master.

His slaves are all the men and women of this world, no matter what religion, color or age.

This old man is a sin producing engine. He keeps humans captured and blinded by releasing continual sin into them. He knows that the only one who can kill him is Christ and His cross.  Thus he deceives people into hating Christ.

One day, it will be too late, and along with this toothless man, many will go to where there is gnashing of teeth.

He has deceived humanity so that it spends trillions of dollars to keep him alive, beautify, exalt, cosmeticized and protect him. His only purpose was to be killed by the cross. Yet people would rather reject Christ and continue to keep this dude alive.

The old man is the sinful nature which every human being has. Only Christ inside the human can destroy him.

Yet mankind will do anything to keep him alive and well, before coming to Christ.

Ah, the price of keeping sin trillions, and yet it will be paid until Christ comes back and promotes good politics.  The way out of the financial mess is repentance.

But for those who want to get rid of this decrepit and evil man, Christ is always available.

But for many others the love of this decrepit and evil dude will take them to the wrong side of the grave and in not so nice a place the human’s eye will finally be opened the old nursing home man.

Let’s do a study on the old and the new humanity!

Eph 4: 22  That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old (palaios) (humanity), which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

Be placing away from yourself , progressively, until it’s totally put away, the ancient nursing home humanity .

There is also the archaic man, which qualifies humanity as old, in its outdated ways of behaving or functioning.

It’s no wonder that the devil’s labor and subsequent sin are archaic to the approach that God wishes humanity to function. Fallen humanity operates way sub par to God’s mindset in an archaic method.

2Co 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new (kainoos) creature: (archaios) are passed away; behold, all things are become new (kainoos).

Re 12:9  And the great dragon was cast out, that (archaios) serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Re 20:2  And he laid hold on the dragon, that (archaios) serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

 Eph 4:23

23  And be renewed ( ananeoo) ( present passive) in the spirit of your mind;

“Be made young again”:  The word  “neoos” defines new as being young in years.

This new humanity is one which increasingly gets younger and younger in years.

The goal of our renewed minds is so that we can receive by faith that we becomes younger. Of course this outer shell will wax old and die, but the new humanity, Christ Jesus in us, becomes  younger daily.

This is indispensable to our physical health. The inward man can control our flesh to such great extent, when God’s Spirit reigns supreme in us.  Our recognition that we are getting younger can add quality and quantity to our lives.

I believe that our physical organs and our bodily members will experience miracles of rejuvenation and healing through the principle of the neoos humanity.

The (ISA )Version has this verse as, “be being younged up again”!

(EB) Version:  And were to be getting young again in the spirit of your mind,

Eph 4:24

Eph 4:24  And that ye put on ( aorist) the new ( kainos) man ( anthropoos), which after God is created (aorist passive) in righteousness and true holiness.

The aorist Greek verb tense defines an event as something completed. It can be used for a past or for a future occurrence as long as it stresses the event in its completion. The content of the happening does not matter, just its completion.

Created in the order of Jesus Christ, or God, which Paul terms as the second humanity.

1Co 15:47  The first humanity is of the earth, earthy: the second humanity is the Lord from heaven.

Created, is in the passive state, thus an entering into the recognition of a reality, or an existence, that we have a “young in years” humanity.

“Put on” describes the slipping into new clothes.  We must become fully dressed with this new humanity.  “Put on” is in the aorist tense.

Rom 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed (metamorphosis) by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

We must be clothed once and for all with the new form or humanity. Totally be unclothed with the old humanity. Totally be clothed with the new humanity. Both of these actions are in the aorist tenses.  Thus is the meaning of reconciliation, which is the exchanging of one thing for something totally different.

There will comes a day, if you persevere, that what will be left  is the Person of Christ Jesus, living His life in you. Here you enter into ultimate fruitfulness by the functions of this new humanity which works transcendentally, out of the box, and without walls.

John 15:1   I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

4  Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5  I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

True abiding, is resting or dwelling in the Person of Christ. Its living from the new humanity.  From the place of abiding, Christ lives His life in you. Because His humanity is transcendental, so is His fruit bearing through you.

Joh 1:12  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe (INTO) his name:

Joh 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth  (INTO) him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Joh 3:36  He that believeth  (INTO) the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Joh 6:29  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe (INTO) him whom he hath sent.

Joh 6:35  And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth (INTO)me shall never thirst.

Joh 6:40  And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth (INTO) him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

To be born again is to be placed IN Christ.

I believe though, that the going INTO the Person of Christ, who we are already IN,  is daily, infinite, transcendental, novel, and without limits.

Since IN Christ lives the law of the Spirit of Life, and since IN Him dwells all creation, the more that we go INTO Him, the more that we will benefit.

Such was Paul’s discovery. He recognized that nothing was as enticing or fascinating than getting to know the Person of Christ IN Him, by going deeper INTO Him.

Eph 4:24

24  And that ye put on ( aorist) the new ( kainos) man ( anthropoos), which after God is created (aorist passive) in righteousness and true holiness.

(AUV-NT) Version:  And you should put on the new person who has been  [re-]  created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. (ALT)  and to put on the new person, the one having been created according to God in righteousness and holiness of [or, dedication to] the truth.

(GSNT) Version: and put on the new self who has been created in likeness to God, with all the uprightness and holiness that belong to the truth.

(JMNT) Version:  and to clothe yourselves with the new humanity (man) – the one in accord with God – being created (framed; founded; reduced from a state of disorder and wildness) within the way pointed out (righteousness; justice; fair and equitable dealings; observance of the rules) and reverent dedication (regard for God’s laws) pertaining to the Truth.

We must carefully heed to the important word “kainoos”. Paul tells us to work out our salvation with reverential fear and awe inspiring trembling.  Our life and years depends on it.  God commands us that we press into metamorphosis until what is left in us is the unique, novel, new in type and kind, pioneering in mind, never seen before, out of the box, humanity. From the palaios and archaic humanity,  into the neoos and kainos humanity, we must be metamorphosed.

Re 20:2  And he laid hold on the dragon, that (archaios) serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

Keeping God, church, and Christianity in a box is great sin. This is the archaic thinking coming from a palaios identity. It’s also the direct attack of that archaic serpent, the devil.

Its no wonder the unchurched don’t want Christ, and they don’t want us.

They see the church as an archaic institution, and in many ways they are right!  If we the church, functioned in a cutting edge, out of the box, kainoos humanity, the multitudes would be drawn to Jesus Christ.  We must  repent of living in a Christian box in our Christian ghetto. This is the cry of metamorphosis!

Here are vital instances of kainoos.

The word “kainos” also defines the word new. Whereas “ neoos” qualifies new as a feature of age, “kaionos” qualifies new as a new type or a new kind of object.   “Kainoos” is something novel, unique and different, never seen, pioneering, cutting edge, and totally out of the box.

Ro 6:4  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in (kainos) of life.

Ro 7:6  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in (kainos) of spirit, and not in the ( palaios) of the letter.

Look at Jesus sublime play of words with neoos and kainoos!

Mt 9:17  Neither do men put new ( neoos) wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new (neoos) wine into new  (kainos) bottles, and both are preserved.

Mt 26:28  For this is my blood of the new (kainos) testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Mr 1:27  And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what (kainos) doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

Lu 5:38  But new ( neoos) wine must be put into (kainos) bottles; and both are preserved.

2Co 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a (kainos) creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become (kainos)

Ga 6:15  For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a (kainos) creature.

 Eph 2:15  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one (kainos) ( humanity), so making ( shalom) ;

Eph 4:24  And that ye put on the (kainos) man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Heb 8:8  For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a (kainos) covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

Re 2:17  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a (kainos) name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Re 3:12  Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is (kainos) Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my (kainos) name.

 Re 5:9  And they sung a (kainos) song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Re 14:3  And they sung as it were a (kainos) song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

Re 21:1  And I saw a (kainos) heaven and a (kainos) earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Re 21:2  And I John saw the holy city, (kainos) Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Re 21:5  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things (kainos). And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Colossians 3:7

7  In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

(AUV-NT) Version:  You people also once lived like this when you practiced these things.  Treaded around or habitually without thinking lived like this

When you lived ” in these” things you would tread in them. We no longer live in these things and we do not have to habitually tread in them

(JMNT) Version:   within which things you folks also at one time (once; formerly) walked about (= lived your lives), when you were living within these things.

Col 3:8

8   But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

(JMNT) Version:   But now, even you folks, put away from you (as of clothes put off and laid away) all these things: inherent fervor (natural impulse and propensity; internal swelling and teeming; anger; wrath), strong passion (rushing of emotions; outbursts of rage), worthlessness (poorness of quality; influence of the bad), [and] from out of your mouth: blasphemy (abusive and injurious talk; slander) [and] foul-mouthed abuse (obscenity; ugly words; deformed and shameful language).

All that is of the old life must be totally undressed from us as old clothes. Another We must divorce the old archaic identity.

Col 3 :9

9  Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off ( aorist tense) the old man with his deeds;

(AUV-NT) Version: Do not lie to one another,  since you have put away  [the conduct of]  your old person with its practices,

The palaios humanity has been undressed from us with its ancient and archaic   habits and practices. The revelation that our habits are gone must become factual to us through the renewal of the mind.

(ERRB) Lie not one to another,

seeing that ye have

put off stripped the old man humanity

with his deeds functions ;

Colossians 3:10

10  And have put on the new (neoos) man, which is renewed ( anakainoos) in knowledge  (full and precise knowledge that will affect a change) after the image of him that created him:

(ALT) Version:  and having put on the new [person], the [one] being renewed in full [or, true] knowledge according to [the] image of the One having created him,

(CLV) Version: and putting on the young, which is being renewed into recognition, to accord with the Image of the One Who creates it,

Into a full and exact knowledge which changes something through the understanding this knowledge.  This is also called recognition. The recognition and awareness of our  new and novel and different type of humanity must be thorough. It must become second nature to live out of the box, walk through  walls of circumstances, in the Person of Christ Jesus in you.

Merry Christmas!

Who Is Greater Than The Energizer Bunny?

Gen 49:3 Reuben, my firstborn, you are my vigor, and the beginning of my virility, with a surplus for bearing and a surplus of strength.

Observe the word surplus. Google uses some of the following synonyms.

Redundant, superfluous, spare, excessive, excess, overplus, overage, superfluity, redundancy, remainder, overbalance, overflow, residue, balance.

Now look at Ephesians one, verse eighteen.

Eph 1:18 the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, for you to perceive what is the expectation of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of the enjoyment of His allotment among the saints,

Eph 1:19 and what the transcendent greatness (redundant, superfluous, spare, excessive, excess, overplus, overage, superfluity, redundancy, remainder, redundancy ,overbalance, overflow, residue, balance) of His power for us (funneled into us) who are believing, in accord with the operation of the might of His strength,

Eph 1:20 which is operative (He charged Christ with the energy charge of His power described in the above verse; just as a battery that is charged) in the Christ, rousing Him from among the dead and seating Him at His right hand among the celestials, (You have that battery called Christ Jesus, fully charged inside of you).

My friends, if we have Christ Jesus, we have excessive, surplus, redundant overwhelming power stored in us. Christ was charged with this power, just as a battery has a static electrical charge of stored energy. This charge of energy was produced when the Father raised Christ from a lifeless corpse, and caused Him to sit and reign over the universe with maximum power. We are permanently electrified in our spirit with this measure of charge of stored energy.

21  Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

The  description of this charge is further explained by verse 21.

By faith we release this deposited charge in dunamis power, or power in ability. The ability which we minister in is the energy released from this infinite warehouse of stockpiled power, which is charged with this static spiritual energy in us.

Christ owns an excessive, exceeding surplus of transcendental wealth and fortune, to go along with His power.

We must pray, study the Bible, and cry out for revelation, until our identity becomes one of this charged battery. The Christian must walk in the image of excess, abundance, surplus and redundant ability for every circumstance. Not a carnal and selfish excess, but the excess and surplus that is in the Person of Christ.

The Christian is greater than the energizer bunny.
