  • How To Know The Will of God? Derek Prince’s Three Buoys.
  • Getting Healed of the Two Diseases which Afflict the Church: The Passive Mind Disease and the Butt Magnet Disease.

Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk (march) in the Spirit.
Php 2:12 Therefore, as you, my beloved, have always been obedient, not only when I was present, but now much more when I am absent, work out (no stone unturned) your own salvation with fear and trembling;

LUNCH!

Session Two The ABC’s of Holy Spirit Ministry

  • Understanding the still small voice of God!

1Ki 19:12 And after the earthquake was a fire, but Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire was a still, small voice.

  • If you are dead then who is the one speaking?

Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ, and I live; yet no longer I, but Christ lives in me. And that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith toward the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself on my behalf.

  • The key to the breakthrough is stepping out on the tiniest hunches

Exo 15:3 Jehovah is a Man of war; Jehovah is His name.
Mic 2:13 The breaker has come up before them; they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and have gone out of it. And their king shall pass before them, and Jehovah at the head of them.

  • Open your mouth and God fills it prophetically!

Psalms 81:10 I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

  • The key to all spiritual gifts: Gut feeling or intuitive knowledge. The spirit functions first by knowledge and not understanding.
  • The Principle of the Red Dress: The key to Holy Spirit Ministry

1Jn 2:20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know (intuitively) all things.
1Co 2:11 For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of man within him? So also no one knows (intuitively) the things of God except the Spirit of God.

  • The importance of knowing ever gift and ministry which Christ has placed in you

Phm 1:6 that the fellowship of your faith may operate ( energy) in a full knowledge of every good thing in you in Christ Jesus.

  • Understanding the greatness of the power in you

Eph 1:19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us, the ones believing according to the working of His mighty strength
Eph 1:20 which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead, and He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies, understanding the power that is in you.

  • Understanding the authority of the power in you. Popeye the Sailor Man and his spinach is how the power of God functions in you

Eph 6:10 Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

Session Three: Doing The Stuff!

  • Ministry cannot be according to circumstances

Num 24:16 he has said, he who heard the words of God and knew the knowledge of the Most High, who sees the vision of the Almighty, falling down but having his eyes open;
1Co 13:12 For now we see in a mirror dimly,(enigmas) but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall fully know even as I also am fully known. Gifts function in enigmas so don’t freak out
2Co 4:18 we not considering the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are not lasting, but the things which are not seen are everlasting.

  • Ministry must be restricted to the voice of God

Deu 4:2 You shall not add to the Word which I command you, neither shall you take away from it, so that you may keep the commands of Jehovah your God which I command you.
Num 22:18 And Balaam answered and said to the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of Jehovah my God, to do less or more.

  • Ministry must be in total dependency to the Holy Spirit.

Joh 8:28 Then Jesus said to them, When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you shall know that I AM, and that I do nothing of Myself, but as My Father has taught Me, I speak these things.
Joh 7:17 If anyone desires to do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it is of God, or I speak from Myself.

  • The Perfect Ministry Model: Jesus Christ’s

Joh 5:19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, The Son can do nothing of Himself but what He sees the Father do. For whatever things He does, these also the Son does likewise.

How To Create A Blueprint For Your Ministry?

Heb 8: 5  Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

When Moses was about to build the tabernacle God cautioned him to construct it in accordance to a specific pattern, model, or blueprint that He would show him.

The Lord has a particular and unique pattern of construction for every local assembly, or every corporate and individual ministry.

The word “admonished” is defined as “divine instruction according to revelation.”

This is an exhortation for us to carefully build our ministries step by step in line with the Holy Spirit’s wishes.

Every earthly ministry is as “an example and shadow of heavenly things.”

“An example”, is a copy or a model of the original.

Every ministry, which God calls us into, is the copy of an original which God has already created and dwells with Him in the heavenlies.

The brilliancy and the glory of these heavenly ministries create for us a shadow, or an outline, for the ones who have been called to reproduce these ministries here on earth.

The vast responsibility of all believers is to reproduce its heavenly original with the greatest of earthly accuracy.

The blessings of God will fall upon each ministry in proportion to how accurately it has been reproduced in “accordance with the pattern shown in the mount.”

One of the church’s great problems is that it has failed to understand that every ministry has a “pattern shown in the mount.”

Because of this failure, we actively subscribe to, and create many  church activities.  Sadly, not many of them have much to do with any “patterns” that God had initially for them.  Thus we sow much and reap little.

We will do much more by seeking and waiting upon the Lord for revelation, than in busily getting wrapped up in a flurry of church activities.

The benefits of invite Jose and Mary @ your ministry.  So, invite us!

  • Training you to be “cutting edge” and entrepreneurial for God’s kingdom!

Ministry and Ministers In The Spirit

Ministers, who work in the Holy Spirit.

John 5:16  And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day

John 5:17  But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

Worketh :  is defined in exactly the same way that a company strives to be successful in producing the services for which it is in business for.

Christians can achieve success by walking in the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Hitherto: My Father has been continually at work, producing the services that pertain to the business of the kingdom of God in an unbroken flow, right through all of your Sabbaths; and even now, as we speak, He works.

What a wonderful thing of us to know that the Spirit of God is always working, twenty four seven.

19  Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

Seeth:  Seeing from a perspective of not observing what one sees, but simply, to glance at.

Likewise: Is the word homoios, or the same, identical.

This is a tremendously important point of training for ministers who want to work in the Spirit.

Jesus tells us that we are to work out into the world, what the Father works into us, with exactly the same intentions, intensity, and ways used by the Father. Our ministry must be a carbon copy of the Father’s ministry in us.

The Spirit works in by His voice, and we work out through obedience.

The manner of seeing is also vital and is a key to the use of all spiritual gifts.

Glancing at something does not  entail having to understand what one, sees.

It’s simply seeing in the Spirit, to then perform identically outwardly what one sees in the Spirit inwardly.

Many times God does not require for us to understand something, before we step out to do it.

One steps out in what he has glanced in the spirit and then then the understanding comes.

He simply tries copies outwardly ( homoios) what he has glanced at inwardly.

First obedience to do, and then the understanding, and not the other way around.

John 5:20  For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth ( dieknuoo) him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.

Greek: For the Father is fond of the Son and shows Him all things that He does in a way that can be proven and for proof, and greater than these works will he show you with the goal in His mind that you may wonder.

Sheweth: Dieknuoo: to prove something by showing.

Ministers must know that continually, at all moments, the Father is exhibiting within them all that He does in way that the minister can understand and prove the work of God, and then manifest it as proof into the world.

God will always give you sufficient proof in the Spirit for you to step out in obey.

In the glancing the spirit, there is sufficient proof to obey.

Hebrews 5:14  But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised ( Greek word;  naked (gymnos)  and also gymnastics) to discern both good and evil.

Greek:  But only for the mature and spiritually fully-grown man or woman that is attaining to Christ’s character belongs solid food.

Even to him, or her, who has a developed the habit of spiritual perception and discernment that can distinguish the good from the evil.

This discernment is blossoming as the result of spiritual training performed like athletes who have stripped and became naked from all worldly things, so that their spiritual training may be vigorous and unhindered.

These things transmit to others and teach.

1 Tim 4:12  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

“Despise” –To think down

“Example” This comes from the word that means to “strike a blow which leaves a mark.”

Paul here encourages believers to leave a mark for other Christians to follow.

God desires every one of us to live in such a way that we become a pattern of, or create a mold or mark which others can imitate.

Word – Different things can be inferred from this.

The words that come out of our mouths must be wholesome to the building up of others.

Notice Strong’s Word 5198 below.

This is “hugianino. This is a medical term describing health, wholeness and soundness of body.

Paul laid great stress in the soundness of our doctrine. that would be accurate to what the Word of God says.

Progressive health begins in our spirit, which is influenced by the filling of the Holy Spirit will then will permeate through our soul life and finally affect our bodies.

We are living in times in which healthy and sound doctrine is no longer a priority and it’s hurting the church and society.

Christians cannot accommodate cultural and social issues at the expense of stripping the Word of God of its soundness.

That is an open door for the devil to attack.

Lu 5:31  And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole <5198> need not a physician; but they that are sick.

Lu 7:10  And they that were sent, returning to the house, found the servant whole <5198> that had been sick.

 1Ti 1:10  For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound <5198> doctrine;

 1Ti 6:3  If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome <5198> words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

2Ti 1:13  Hold fast the form of sound <5198> words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

 2Ti 4:3  For the time will come when they will not endure sound <5198> doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Tit 1:9  Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound <5198> doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

Tit 1:13  This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound <5198> in the faith;

Tit 2:1  But speak thou the things which become sound <5198> doctrine:

3Jo 1:2  Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health <5198>, even as thy soul prospereth.

1 Tim 4:12  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

 Conversation – Behavior

Charity- Divine, and self-sacrificial love which will sacrifice one’s pleasure to meet the needs of another.

Spirit – Some translations omit “spirit” in this verse.

Faith – Restrict our lives to the voice of the Lord, which is the faith of God.

True faith is only found in the voice of the Holy Spirit, which is or has the faith of God.

The more than one wants to live by faith, the more she will restrict her activities to the still small voice of the Holy Spirit.

Purity  -This word in reality means “sinlessness”.  It talks not only about purity in our actions but also in our motives. We realize that it is humanly impossible to be sinless in this life, but our goal should always be to attain this as we labor and athletically strive in the Lord’s calling.

14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

Greek: Do not become careless about the spiritual gift, which was given to you by (the Holy Spirit) through prophecy and the laying of hands.

Every believer is given spiritual gifts for the manifesting of the Holy Spirit. God, we cannot see. Spiritual gifts manifest Him. Everybody believer has been given spiritual gifts. It is required that each of us find out what they are, and use them.

15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting  (progress)may appear to all.

Meditate- Care for, attend to, and keep practicing “the things that we have discussed”

Give thyself wholly to them – Literally “to become one with them”.

Paul tell us throw ourselves fully, or become submerged and consumed with the things that lead to godliness, purity, charity, spiritual gifts, and so forth.

That thy profiting   literally describes “pioneers cutting a way for an army.”

Every Christian is called to a blaze a new pioneer trail, through which the Lord can effectively travel, in accordance with their calling.

There are now pew sitters who stay as pew sitters, and no room for mediocrity in God’s kingdom.

May appear to all  – Will become clear to all.

1 Tim 4:16  Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine.

Fasten your attentions to, observe, and attend to yourself first, and to your doctrine second. This doctrine is what you teach. It must be in accordance with the truth of the scriptures and your life must line up with it.

Continue in them – Be sure to stay in these things!

God’s Ministry Trifecta

I Cor 12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

God has given us the perfect trifecta, or the dynamic triad in every ministry situation.

All of this occurs by faith and revelation.

# 1 The first part of the trifecta

I Cor 12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts ( charismatic), but the same Spirit.

Verse 4, the first part of the trifecta, is the spiritual gift which God supplies to you in a ministry situation.

As a charismatic gift it is a gift of God’s supernatural labor or grace and it follows the laws of being abundantly given, energized by God Himself, and transcendental in its nature.

In any ministry situation, you see what is before you and receive the gift that you need. It could be a healing gift, a miracle, a prophecy.

Charismatic gifts are supplied by the Spirit of God into your spirit as needed.

Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth <2024>, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Php 1:19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply <2024> of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

#2 The second part of the trifecta

5 And there are differences of administrations ( diakonia), but the same Lord.

Diakonia is ministry according to spiritual gifts. This is what we see occur in prayer lines after church services.

God does not only give to us the supply of the gift of His supernatural labor which is needed. He will lead you perfectly in every situation how to minister the gift.

Christ, supplies the ministry and makes Himself the minister in every situation.

If we move by faith, God’s “tailor made ministry” for that situation will flow out of you as you obey His still small voice.

#3 The third part of the trifecta

6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

The word operations only occurs twice in the Bible. It is defined as the visible, illuminated, tangible completed result which is seen and understood by our five senses.

God supplies the gift which is inwardly supplied by your ability to receive it , He ministers it perfectly,  and He reveals the result or outcome outwardly to our five senses.

All occurs by faith and child like obedience.

This is God’s ministry trifecta.

Supply, ministry, and manifested results are all accomplished by God Himself through you.
