Heb 1:8 But to the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness (euthutes) is the scepter of Your Kingdom.
Euthutes: It means straight, as in going from point A to point B without hindrance, and in the shortest time possible.
Hence euthutes denotes immediacy, immediate results, and going from point a to b in the most effective and efficient way possible.
It is the straightforward breakthrough and is the definition of success.
The scepter of God’s kingdom is the scepter of success.
The scepter of God’s kingdom is the scepter of God’s desired results.
Righteousness denotes making things right.
Jesus came to make all things as correct and right as He is, and how they are in heaven.
The scepter of His kingdom is the scepter of success as He corrects all and makes all things as right as He is, in the quickest, and most efficient manner.
Jesus came to take you from point A to point B in the most effective and quickest way possible.
Jesus was utterly successful in His redemptive work.
Jesus, being God, had this mindset and saw the immediate miracles.
What hinders this process is our ignorance that this is what Jesus really wants to do.
Unbelief, ignorance, disobedience, an unrenewed mind on our part delays this.
Jesus always wants to take us from point A to point B much quicker than what we want to.
I heard that if the Jews would have been obedient it would have taken them two years to get to the Promised Land instead of forty.
The lack of success was not on God’s part, but theirs.
What needs to be corrected or made right in your life?
This is what Jesus died for.
He wants to and can correct all things in your life quicker than what you want to.
We don’t see ourselves as successful, while Jesus does.
We have an image problem. We see ourselves through our image rather than God’s.
Prosperity, and success are intimately intertwined.
Prosperity is the outcome of success.
It’s going from point a to point b as quickly as possible, get the desires results, and thus prospering in everything you put your hand to.
To finish, here is a list of scriptures which uses the word “prosper” in the Hebrew.
Notice in the following scriptures, that the spirit that came on Samson is the spirit of success, breakthrough, immediacy, and prosperity.
Samson did amazing point a to point b feats against the enemy.
This is the success that God wants us move in.
He wants it now!
This same spirit of success came to Saul and he was changed into another man.
It also came upon David when Samuel anointed him.
And this spirit is already in you.

Luke 16:20 But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores, who had been placed at his gate,
21 and longing to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. And even the dogs came and would lick his sores.
Romans 3:27 Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. Through what law? Of works? No, but through the law of faith.
When I lived in Kenya, I heard a wonderful teaching by a friend of mine, Donald Wathome.
We know this story of Lazarus, the guy who was covered with sores and the dogs licked his wounds.
Now, Romans 3:27 tells us that faith is a law.
A law says that under specific circumstances, specific results always take place.
If one breaks the law of the speed limit, and if there is a cop with a radar gun, you will get nailed.
Old Lazarus knew about the law of faith. He lived in it.
His faith level was to receive the crumbs of food which fell from the rich man’s table.
And guess what, that’s exactly what he got.
He received, what he believed for, based on the law of faith.
God honored his faith. LOL!
We laugh at Lazarus, but most of us are him. We know about the law of faith.
When push comes to shove our thinking is so unlike God’s.
Our faith level is grounded on receiving crumbs.
The Christ who is within us, is lavish, extravagant, supernatural, limitless and able to do all.
To think like Him takes a massive renewing or overhaul of our mind, by the Word of God.
What if we thought like Him and had a faith like His?
This is what Christ wants and expects from us.
I got to thank Lazarus for pointing out who I was, who I still struggle with, and who I need to get rid of.
What about you? Are you ready to stop longing for the crumbs?
